Deduces logical equivalence from deduction in both directions.
- DESCRIPTION

When applied to two theorems, this rule deduces logical equivalence between
their conclusions with a modified assumption list:
A |- p B |- q
----------------------------------
(A - {q}) u (B - {p}) |- p <=> q
The special case when A = {q} and B = {p} is perhaps the easiest to
understand:
{q} |- p {p} |- q
