SYNOPSIS

Converts a function taking two arguments into a function taking a single paired argument.

DESCRIPTION

The application uncurry f returns fun (x,y) -> f x y, so that

   uncurry f (x,y) = f x y

FAILURE CONDITIONS

Never fails.
